01 · PatternWe draft a pattern for every style, matched to the design and the target cost.
Leather and trims are sourced through our network in Korea and abroad.
Leather is cut to the pattern and skived to the right thickness.
Our in-house sample room builds and revises each sample directly.
An experienced sewing team sets the structure and the finish.
Volume production on our lines in Korea or China.
Every piece is checked against our own ASQ standard.
Carefully packed and shipped to Korea and overseas.
01 · DesignThe last and the design set the silhouette and the fit.
Upper patterns are graded size by size to the last.
Materials are cut to the pattern and sorted by part.
Pieces are stitched and reinforced to build the upper.
The upper is pulled over the last to take its shape.
The outsole is pressed and bonded on.
Symmetry and finish are checked pair by pair.
Boxed and shipped to Korea and overseas.
Our stage-based PPS system checks design intent and structure at every step, cutting unnecessary sampling cost and time.
CAD instead of hand patterns, a paper mock-up before any sample. The final sample lands in one go.
Patterns are engineered in CAD, so revisions and grading move fast.
Size, proportion, silhouette and structure are checked in paper first.
Made in a similar material to fix texture such as wrinkles and slouch, plus the key details.
Made in the real material to confirm finish, material fit and production feasibility.
A close, independent network of Korean partners, from cutting houses we insist on for quality to process specialists for brands that want Korean production.
In 2025 we opened a 2,000 m² factory in Qingdao, China. It links production lines in Korea, China, Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia, with direct shipping to Japan, the US and Europe.
We have worked with around 115 brands in Korea and abroad across 1,080 projects.

Yes, absolutely. Even without a formal tech pack, a physical sample you like, photos or a simple idea sketch is enough. Our specialists will work out the details with you, so feel free to get in touch.

We develop in Seoul and produce in Korea, at our own factory in Qingdao, and with partner factories in Dongguan, Guangzhou and Yiwu. We recommend the location that fits your quantity, material and target cost.
Production is managed to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, inspected against our own standard, ASQ (Amescotes Standard Quality), and supported with after-sales service after delivery.
Both depend on the product and quantity, so we confirm them with your quote. Our PPS process fixes size and structure at the paper and toile stages, which cuts the number of samples and their cost.
Yes. We work with Japanese brands through our Japan subsidiary and supply distributors in China, Japan and Indonesia.
Yes. Send us the existing product (a physical sample) and we will rebuild the pattern from it as new technical drawings, then source high-quality materials closest to the originals to recreate the same look and feel.
Yes, of course. When the material changes, we redesign the internal reinforcement that holds the shape, along with the pattern, so the original design fit is kept. It also works the other way: fabric or synthetic leather products can be converted into premium leather.
